About the retreat: Come for a grounding, refreshing, healing and elevating day to discover and rediscover about yourself.
Location: Green Gulch Farm Zen Center is located just North of the Golden Gate Bridge in Marin County, in a serene valley the opens out to the Pacific.
Registration: All levels of experience welcome. Space is limited to 20 participants. Investment: $165 per person.

Time for a hike, self reflection, journaling, or nature bathing.
A delicious organic vegetarian lunch and tea are also included.
What should I bring?
The Zen Center provides blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps in Stillwater Hall, our retreat room.

At this time, Green Gulch's protocol for COVID is vaccinations are required and masks is optional.
Cancelation policy
Please cancel at least 2 weeks before the retreat for a full refund, minus $30 administrative fee.
